10.

The sum to be paid by the Colonial Government

shall be submitted to arbitration in the event

of disagreement between the Air Kinistry and the

Colonial Government".

The general terms applicable to all transfers

of land to the Air Ministry would then be

(a) No premium.

(b) Twenty five years' consolidated Crown rent.

(c) User of the area to be restricted to the

purposes of the Air Ministry.

(d) Refund of a proportionate part of the

consolidated Crown rent on relinquishment of

the area by the Air Ministry.

(e) Reimbursement of the costs of resumption and

of an appropriate part of the costs of formation

and building.
